For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak tips until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked rigatoni and steak tips to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
