  • 1box Orange Jell-O Gelatin (3 oz)
  • 8 ozthawed Cool Whip
  • 1 1/3 cupsboiling water
  • Candy corn (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare thelemon jello: In a bowl, combine the lemon Jell-O with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool slightly.
  2. Pour the lemon jello into clear shot glasses, filling each about 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, until set.
  3. While the lemon layer sets, prepare theorange jello: In a separate bowl, combine the orange Jell-O with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool slightly.
  4. Once the lemon layer is set, carefully pour the orange jello on top, filling the glasses another 1/3 of the way. Return to the fridge and chill for another 20-30 minutes.
  5. After both layers are set, top withCool Whip, smoothing it to create the final white layer.
  6. Garnish with a piece ofcandy cornon top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
