Delicious baked apples filled with creamy cheesecake filling, a perfect fall dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large apples (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Core the apples, leaving the bottom intact to hold the filling.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture, then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over each apple and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender and filling is set. Let cool slightly before serving.
