For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, rice, and steamed broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
