For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, rice, and steamed broccoli.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
