Easy and delicious Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps made with tender chicken, creamy garlic sauce, and melty cheese – perfect for quick dinners, meal prep, or Weight Watchers-friendly meals.

  • 2large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cupcreamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6–8 minutes, until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread about 1 tablespoon of creamy garlic sauce on each.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold the tortillas over the filling and place them back in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice the wraps in half, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor.
Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the garlic sauce for a spicy kick.
Use whole wheat tortillas and low-fat cheese for a healthier version.
Can be made vegetarian by replacing chicken with grilled vegetables or plant-based protein.
Air fryer method: cook wrapped tortillas at 375°F for 4–5 minutes per side.
