Cherry Marshmallow Fudge Bars

A rich and chewy fudge bar loaded with marshmallows and cherries for a sweet and fruity treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows and cherries evenly over the top. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows puff slightly.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
