A rich and chewy fudge bar loaded with marshmallows and cherries for a sweet and fruity treat.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in flour until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and cherries evenly over the top. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows puff slightly.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
