  • For the crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • For the topping:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
  5. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. For the topping: Mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For best results, let bars sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before drizzling.
