Cottage Cheese Chips Air Fryer – Crispy Snack Recipe

Crispy, cheesy cottage cheese chips made in the air fryer. A quick, healthy, low-carb snack perfect for dipping or eating solo.

  • 1 cupcottage cheese
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray, as needed
  • Fresh thyme (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, let the chips cool completely on a wire rack.
If the mixture is too wet, drain the cottage cheese before mixing.
To enhance the flavor, add a pinch of cayenne or Italian seasoning.
Use full-fat cottage cheese for the best texture.
