For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz imitation crab meat, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
