For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
