For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the sour cream mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs mixed with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Place tenders on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
