For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the sour cream mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs mixed with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Place tenders on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
