  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupvanilla almond milk
  • 8 ozCool Whip
  • 3 1/2 ozvanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/3 cupfresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/4 cupwater

Instructions

  1. Preheat yourovento 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with a light greasing orparchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix and pudding mix.
  3. Add eggs, almond milk, vegetable oil, water, and orange juice to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Fold in the orange zest to incorporate that citrusy sparkle.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with aspatula.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before frosting with Cool Whip and garnishing with additional orange zest if desired.
