For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Serve chicken over cooked linguine, garnished with fresh parsley.
