For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  5. Serve chicken over cooked linguine, garnished with fresh parsley.
