Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake – Easy Recipe

This creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta bake is the ultimate comfort food with tender chicken, rotini pasta, Alfredo and garlic Parmesan sauce, and gooey cheese baked to golden perfection.

  • 1pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained (reserve1 cuppasta water)
  • 3 cupscooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cupgarlic Parmesan sauce
  • 2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, half the shredded mozzarella, and half the grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup reserved pasta water if needed for a creamy texture.
  3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove foil and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese topping is golden and crispy.
  6. Cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
Undercook pasta slightly (al dente) to prevent it from becoming mushy during baking.
Add vegetables like spinach, broccoli, or mushrooms for more nutrition.
Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Freeze baked pasta up to 3 months; reheat with a splash of milk or cream for creaminess.
