For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (such as fusilli or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return to the skillet, coating with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
