A creamy and refreshing shake made with fresh peaches, vanilla, and cottage cheese for a naturally sweet treat.

  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, chopped peach, vanilla extract, almond milk, and honey.
  2. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker shake.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra sweetness, use riper peaches. This shake is great as a quick breakfast or snack.
