  • 500 gshrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12lasagna sheets
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • 3garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cupfresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp butter and a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and milk, cooking over low heat until thickened.
  7. Add grated Parmesan, stirring until fully melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  9. Layer with lasagna sheets, shrimp, ricotta, parsley, and more sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.

Use fresh shrimp for maximum flavor.
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers.
