Instructions

  1. Preheatthe oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combinegraham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Pressthe mixture firmly into the bottom of aspringform pan.
  4. Bakefor10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl,beat the cream cheeseand sugar until smooth and creamy.
