Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Whisk in water and egg until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Dip fillings into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Carefully drop coated fillings into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
