Crispy Flatbread Brie Cranberries

Flatbread layered with brie, cranberries, toasted almonds, and honey for a crisp, savory-sweet bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 115 grams brie cheese, sliced
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 grams sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 15 milliliters olive oil
  • 15 milliliters honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil to coat the surface evenly.
  3. Distribute the sliced brie evenly over the flatbreads. Sprinkle dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds, and fresh thyme leaves if using.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with honey and season lightly with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Flatbreads can be baked directly on a hot pizza stone for extra crispness.
