For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, chicken broth, cream cheese, and white wine until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked angel hair pasta.
