Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it warms up, take out your large baking dish and start whisking together the broth or water, creamy peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar directly in the dish. Whisking this mixture allows the flavors to meld beautifully while ensuring a smooth consistency.
Once the sauce is ready, arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer within the dish, ensuring that their flat sides are facing down. Take a spoon and drizzle some of the peanut sauce over each dumpling.
Next, tuck the small broccoli florets around the dumplings, ensuring they are partly coated in that luscious peanut sauce.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in your preheated oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Once baked, take the dish out of the oven, and uncover it. Allow the dumplings to rest for about 5 minutes. Finally, garnish generously with sliced green onions, fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. If you’re feeling adventurous, add some chili crisp for an extra kick!
Notes
Ensure that the dumplings are in a single layer for even cooking and use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
