3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sweetener (e.g., honey or stevia)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a blender, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the blender and mix well.
Fold in the sliced apples gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
