  • 1/2 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoondried parsley
  • 4slices of bread
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering the surface evenly.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down on a skillet or board. Add half the cheese to each slice.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, to complete the sandwiches.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 4–5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
