Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken balls and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
