Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with parmesan and parsley. Brush over warm bombs before serving.
