Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center.
  4. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with parmesan and parsley. Brush over warm bombs before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
