  • 2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 1 tbspfresh ginger, grated
  • 2cloves garlic, minced

  • 2green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the glaze evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Transfer cod to serving plates. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
