  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, both cheeses, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly across.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly, starting from one end.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and the outside is crispy.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra gooeyness, use freshly shredded cheese. These wraps can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before cooking.
