Halloween Dracula Dark Cherry Fudges are rich, no-bake chocolate fudge squares with bloody cherry swirls — perfect for spooky parties and Halloween dessert tables.

  • 1can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoonalmond extract (optional)
  • 1(3 oz) box cherry gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cupmaraschino cherries, chopped
  • Red gel food coloring (optional)
  • Extra maraschino cherry halves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly until smooth and glossy. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss chopped maraschino cherries with cherry gelatin powder until coated.
  5. Add the cherry mixture to the melted chocolate and gently swirl with a spatula for marbled red streaks.
  6. Optional: Add a few drops of red gel food coloring on top and drag a toothpick through to create bloody swirls.
  7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top. Press cherry halves on top for decoration.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into 36 squares, and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
Almond extract enhances the cherry flavor but is optional.
For extra dramatic effect, use black food coloring alongside red.
Fudge can be frozen for up to 2 months if wrapped properly.
