Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to375°F (190°C). Grease a9×13-inch baking dishwith cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a largeskillet, heatolive oilover medium heat. Addground beefand cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).Drain any excess fatif necessary.
  3. Stir inchopped onions and minced garlic. Cook for3-4 minutesuntil the onion becomes soft and translucent.
