A delicious and easy no-bake cheesecake with layers of caramel, chocolate, and cookie crust inspired by Twix bars.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Twix bars, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate. Repeat with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with chopped Twix bars before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
