Homemade No-Bake Twix Cheesecake

A delicious and easy no-bake cheesecake with layers of caramel, chocolate, and cookie crust inspired by Twix bars.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Twix bars, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate. Repeat with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with chopped Twix bars before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
