Irresistible Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup crushed golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  5. Mix crushed Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over cooled cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
