A creamy cheesecake with a strawberry swirl and crunchy golden topping.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup crushed golden Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely.
- Mix crushed Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
