Loaded Bacon Cheese Fries

Crispy fries smothered in melted cheese, bacon bits, and herbs—a crowd-pleasing, indulgent delight.

  • 500 g freshly fried potato fries
  • 70 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 70 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 80 g smoked bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook potato fries in hot oil or bake according to package instructions until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread hot fries evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Generously sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the fries, followed by an even layer of crispy chopped bacon.
  4. Place the tray under a preheated grill or broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
  5. Finish with a scatter of chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with condiments such as sour cream, ranch, or spicy mayonnaise.
