Million Dollar Cheese Ravioli

Cheese ravioli and savory sauces baked with mozzarella for a hearty, indulgent main course.

  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Buttery garlic and herb seasoning, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • 680 milliliters tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce
  • 425 milliliters roasted garlic Alfredo sauce
  • 700 grams frozen cheese ravioli, partially thawed
  • 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking up any clumps, until fully browned.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, buttery garlic and herb seasoning, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  4. Pour in the tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce along with the roasted garlic Alfredo sauce. Stir gently to combine evenly.
  5. Add the partially thawed cheese ravioli to the skillet. Fold gently to coat ravioli with the sauce and meat mixture. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once ravioli have softened, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Cover and allow cheese to melt completely before serving.
  7. Portion onto plates and serve immediately, enjoying the rich, cheesy flavors.

Notes

For best results, partially thaw the ravioli before cooking to ensure even heating without becoming mushy.
