No Bake Caramel Crunch Butterfinger Truffles

Easy no-bake truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center and creamy caramel coating.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt caramel bits with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Dip chilled balls in caramel and return to parchment-lined tray. Chill 15 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip caramel-coated balls in chocolate, place on tray, and sprinkle with extra Butterfinger crumbs. Chill until set.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
