Easy no-bake truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center and creamy caramel coating.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt caramel bits with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Dip chilled balls in caramel and return to parchment-lined tray. Chill 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip caramel-coated balls in chocolate, place on tray, and sprinkle with extra Butterfinger crumbs. Chill until set.
