No Bake Caramel Crunch Butterfinger Truffles

Delicious no-bake truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center and caramel drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, then return to parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
