Delicious no-bake truffles with a crunchy Butterfinger center and caramel drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, then return to parchment paper.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
