For the Crust:
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together the crispy rice cereal and quick oats.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal and oats. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
