No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox

Chilled layers of Oreos, cream cheese, whipped cream, and sprinkles create a colorful, festive dessert.

  • 1 package (405 g) Oreo cookies
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 g rainbow sprinkles
  • 90 g mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks develop.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Incorporate the vanilla extract thoroughly.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese base, ensuring an even and airy texture.
  4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips, if desired, until well distributed.
  5. Line the bottom of a 23×33 cm baking dish with a single, even layer of Oreo cookies.
  6. Evenly spread a portion of the cream mixture over the layer of cookies, covering them completely.
  7. Continue alternating layers of Oreo cookies and cream mixture, finishing with a final layer of cream on top.
  8. Refrigerate uncovered for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight, allowing flavors to meld and layers to set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with extra rainbow sprinkles and crushed Oreo cookies if desired.
