No-Bake German Chocolate Pie

For the Crust:

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel or chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated, then stir in coconut and pecans.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the cookie crust and smooth the top. Drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.
