For the Crust:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground.
  2. Add the dates, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture sticks together.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined square baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into squares.
