For the Crust:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground.
- Add the dates, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture sticks together.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined square baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into squares.
