Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in thawed whipped topping until well combined.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped Hershey’s chocolate and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.
Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour filling into the chocolate cookie crust and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping and chocolate shavings before serving.
