- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Lime zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of individual serving dishes or a pie dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the lime mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the lime layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with lime zest before serving.
