For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of individual serving dishes or a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the lime mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the lime layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with lime zest before serving.
