No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with an Oreo crust, peanut butter filling, and chocolate drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted for drizzle
  • Additional Oreos for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  4. Spread filling over chilled crust. Smooth top with spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with additional Oreo cookies before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
