For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted for drizzle
- Additional Oreos for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Spread filling over chilled crust. Smooth top with spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with additional Oreo cookies before serving.
