No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A creamy, rich no-bake cheesecake with Oreo crust and peanut butter filling.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread filling over the chilled crust. Garnish with additional Oreo cookies.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
