A light and creamy no-bake dessert with layers of strawberry mousse, cheesecake filling, and a crunchy golden topping.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of small serving cups.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mousse over the crust. Top with a spoonful of strawberry puree and a drizzle of strawberry jam. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
