No-Bake Mini Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Mousse

A light and creamy no-bake dessert with layers of strawberry mousse, cheesecake filling, and a crunchy golden topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of small serving cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer the cheesecake mousse over the crust. Top with a spoonful of strawberry puree and a drizzle of strawberry jam. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
