Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Indulgent cheesecake filling in waffle cones topped with peach cobbler topping for a fun twist on dessert.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 waffle cones

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to make crust. Press into bottoms of waffle cones.
  2. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fill cones.
  3. Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over cheesecake filling.
  4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Can substitute canned peaches if fresh not available.
