A decadent no-bake pie with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and topped with chopped peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
10 peanut butter cups, chopped
Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated. Gently stir in half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
Spread filling into chilled crust. Top with remaining peanut butter cups and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
