Pistachio Crusted Brie Bites Fig

Decadent brie bites with crunchy pistachios, flaky pastry, and a sweet fig honey glaze finish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 170 g brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 65 g chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the thawed puff pastry into small squares and gently press each piece into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Roll brie cubes in chopped pistachios for extra texture, then place one cube into each pastry cup.
  4. Brush the edges of each pastry cup with beaten egg, then bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Combine fig jam and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the warm brie bites immediately after baking.
  6. Present the brie bites while still warm to maximize creaminess and flavor.

Notes

Brie bites are best enjoyed fresh from the oven and may be difficult to reheat without losing their ideal texture.
