These crispy, cheesy pizza chips are made with tortillas, marinara, mozzarella, cheddar, and mini pepperoni, then baked to perfection. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack, they’re flavorful, easy, and kid-friendly.

  • 8small flour or corn tortillas (cut into triangle wedges)
  • ¾ cupmarinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 3040mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoongarlic powder
  • Olive oil spray or brush
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tortillas into triangle shapes and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray or brush each chip with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
  4. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
  6. Top with mini pepperoni slices (2–3 per chip).
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  8. Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
