Refreshing Raspberry Lemonade – Easy Summer Party Drink

This homemade raspberry lemonade recipe is refreshing, tangy, and naturally sweetened with real raspberries and fresh lemon juice. Perfect for summer gatherings, BBQs, or a healthy family-friendly drink.

Ingredients

  • cupsfresh squeezed lemon juice (from8–12lemons, strained)
  • ½pound (8 oz.) raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 5 cupscold water
  • 1 cupsugar (or substitute with honey, stevia, or monk fruit)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the raspberries with ½ cup of lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée, remaining lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Taste and adjust with more sugar, lemon juice, or water as needed.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and fresh mint.

Notes

You can use frozen raspberries—just thaw before blending.
Adjust sweetness or tartness based on preference.
Add sparkling water for a fizzy version just before serving.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
