Ravioli with Tomatoes and Asparagus

A light and flavorful pasta dish featuring cheese ravioli, fresh tomatoes, and tender asparagus.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
